The GroundEye SC assesses and classifies in an automated way the quality of the seed coating which passed through a treatment process in the industry (TSI) or on farm.
While analyzing colors and textures of samples from lots of treated seeds, the SC series can determine the coverage quality of the lot accordingly to parameters of quality defined previously by
the user.
The GroundEye SC series is composed of a high-resolution image capture module and a software that can be installed in a laptop or desktop computer. The seeds are distributed automatically in a
conveyer belt where is performed an analysis by video in real-time.
Through a USB connection, the capture module transfers those images to a computer where the GroundEye software process them.
The software is very intuitive, easy to use, capable of extracting lots of information about geometry, sizes, shapes, colors, coverage homogeneity and even variations outside from the previously defined quality standard.
All the information is used by the GroundEye to classify the samples.

The capture module is available in the versions CORN and SOY, allowing analysis up to 1kg of seeds per minute. The results are displayed in real-time, in addition to also be registered in thesystem for information gathering and summarization, being able to be exported to different formats. The GroundEye SC represents the elimination of subjectivity and a huge gain in productivity in the
analysis of the coverage of treated seeds in Industrial Center of treatment of seeds), seed processing plants, Laboratory of seeds analysis, and besides is a tool for research and development in TSI.
